We provide verified education professionals (teachers, school counsellors, educational assistants and administrators) with one-on-one mentoring, professional development seminars, in-school workshops and courses, and host educational conferences catered to industry professionals with featured keynote speakers. The current BC education curriculum calls for core competencies in communication, creative & critical thinking, and personal, social & cultural identity.

All of our 75-minute workshops provide support to children, parents, and schools for emotional, personal, and social life-skills development. Each workshop includes:
Personalized and interactive lessons that are inline with the core competencies of the BC curriculum.
Personal coaching call for educators, parents or administrators pre and post-workshops.
Presentations by highly qualified and knowledgeable educators who are dually trained in mental health and social-emotional-learning.

E.A.S.I.E.R Life Skill In-Class “Field-Trips”

Turn your classroom into a neuroscience lab! Educators can choose a topic from our Dolphin Kids E.A.S.I.E.R Life Skills Curriculum and schedule an in-class “field trip”; we bring the dynamic lessons, hands-on activities, highly-qualified instructors, and equipment right to the comfort of your own classroom. Each “field trip” will provide:
75-minute personalized in-class lessons that have been designed to meet the new BC curriculum guidelines for social, emotional and cognitive learning
Each “field trip” includes interactive and fun hands-on life skill lessons that bring SEL learning, mindfulness, emotional regulation, brain science and resiliency to your classroom
Teacher resources, classroom tools and assessments to measure student knowledge and encourage further SEL learning in the classroom​

Social, emotional, & cognitive learning is a powerful proactive initiative linked to the reduction of anxiety, depression, and substance abuse while increasing attendance, test scores, and prosocial behaviour such as kindness, empathy, and personal awareness. Our Social, Emotional, & Cognitive Learning workshops have been designed for educators, students and parents. Each tailored workshop will:
Review the latest research-based methods for developing social, emotional and cognitive learning in the classroom.
Practice specific social, emotional and cognitive learning through hands-on, interactive activities.
Develop a plan of action for meeting the new BC curriculum SEL mandate in your classroom, school or at-home learning (Educators & Parents).

Mental health is a complex interplay of genetic, biological, personality and environmental factors; the complexity and sensitivity of the subject can make it difficult for educators to discuss this topic with children and youth. Addressing Addiction in the Classroom

From video games, junk food, online shopping, to drugs and alcohol – overconsumption and addiction can affect children, youth and adults in many ways. Our Addiction Prevention Workshops cover the neuroscience behind overconsumption and addiction and teach educators, parents and children what can happen to our minds when life’s motivation goes off balance. Our Addiction Awareness workshops cover a wide variety of topics, including:

E.A.S.I.E.R Life Skills Curriculum

Our E.A.S.I.E.R life skill curriculum ranges from JK to Grade 12 and integrates the core competencies from the new BC curriculum. All topic and lessons can be adapted to meet the needs of different classroom and school communities.

The ability to be aware of and accept our feelings, practice and display an optimistic approach to life, and overcome disappointments and frustrations with positivity.

During this emotional wellness “field trip” students will:

Learn the brain science behind our emotions
Participate in interactive neuroscience activities that will teach them what is happening in our brains when we feel certain emotions
Practice coping tools that will teach them how to manage emotions such as anxiety, sadness, and anger with positivity

During this adaptability “field trip” students will:

Participate in fun challenges that will cause students to think on their feet, collaborate with others, and use their creativity and communication skills.
Learn how to navigate, adjust & pivot to unexpected situations and overcome failure.

How do we overcome obstacles, celebrate mistakes, and learn from failure? Adaptability allows us to navigate, adjust & pivot to unexpected situations in an ever-changing world.

Mastering diverse modes of communication, collaboration and public speaking to understand how a leader is a “difference-maker” & how we can all be forces of positive change in our community.

During this social leadership “field trip” students will:

Learn how our brains are hardwired to socially connect with others, and how building relationships with people creates a positive feedback loop of emotional, social, and physical well-being.
Participate in hands-on activities that will allow them to develop a deeper sense of belonging and motivation to cultivate their greatest gifts for a greater purpose

During this innovation “field trip” students will:

Learn the brain science behind creativity, curiosity and innovation.
Participate in hands-on innovation activities that will challenge them to create innovative solutions to daily problems.
Develop their ability to think differently and use common tools in new and creative ways.

Curiosity, creativity & critical thinking; leading to the generation of fresh and original ideas.

Building strength of character, identity, empathy, integrity, grit, work ethic, and contribution.

During this ethics “field trip” students will:

Explore the basics of ethics and morality.
Reflect on how we determine what is right and wrong, and practice using different strategies for making tough ethical decisions.
Practice conflict resolution skills and reaching compromises with others who hold different ethical beliefs.

During this resilience “field trip” students will:

Learn how mental toughness and resiliency can help us overcome obstacles & achieve our goals.
Practice their ability to be resilient through various challenges and interactive activities.
Discuss and practice specific breathing skills and coping strategies they can use to achieve a resilient mindset.

A resilient mindset allows you to turn lemons into lemonade. Resiliency allows us to overcome obstacles, learn from mistakes, and bounce back with renewed strength.
